Hello,can't you just thank me and admit it you're slimmer? I admit, sometimes when there're peeps praising me slim I would deny it and say "No la, you didn't get to see my tummy only". Please lah, I won't say like such I'm much more fatter than you if that person is actually fatter.
But anyway, as the topic said ,this particular post is about loosing weight. That's what I wanna do, and I would like to share out some tips here so that we can all take this plan of loosing weight together HAH

With that much fat, it is like swallowing 13 teaspoons of vegetable oil in one setting! What is more shockingis that this breakfast item at McDonald's contains 11 g of trans fat, that is is 5 times more than the daily recommended amount of trans fat!
WTF mcdonald breakfast is my favorite!! sobs.
